Crete Recreation Flag Football registration ends on Aug. 28.

Crete Recreation program registration for youth Flag Football is open through Aug. 30.

Registration forms and coaching and referee applications are available online or in the Recreation Office at City Hall.

Flag Football offers the youth of the community an opportunity to learn and compete in a positive environment. Having fun and learning the basic concepts of football will be the main focus of this program.

• divisions for boys and girls in grades 1-4
• dates: Sunday afternoons, Sept. 13, 20, 27, Oct. 4
• times: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Coaches and Referees:

Coaches attend games and organize a weekly practice. Coaches meeting is Thursday, Sept. 3 at the City Park Bandstand from 5:00 - 5:30 p.m. Referees attend games only.

Volunteer and paid opportunities available – parents who volunteer as a coach receive the waiver of cost of participation for their child. A background check may be required.
